Your loyalty bonus of €50
With every direct booking you receive a loyalty bonus of €50. It is deducted directly from the outstanding balance when you arrive.
After your booking we confirm the loyalty bonus to you in writing. If you have already paid the full amount, you will receive the €50 back on arrival.
The loyalty bonus applies once per booking and is granted regardless of whether you book Apartment Carmen A1 or A2. Check-in is from 14:00.
Our sun guarantee: €5 rain bonus per apartment
We know that weather is part of every holiday – but also how disappointing a rainy day can be when you want to explore the island, go for a walk or spend time by the sea.
If it rains for most of a day of your stay, or the rain clearly spoils your planned walk, you receive a rain bonus of €5 per booked apartment for that day.
It is paid out in cash on the following day. If it rains on the last day of your stay, you receive the rain bonus when we say goodbye before you leave. The day of departure itself does not count.
The day of arrival can also count if the rain clearly affects your stay that day – for example when arriving, carrying your luggage or settling into the apartment.
There is no maximum. If you are unlucky with the weather for your whole stay, we pay the rain bonus in full for every such day.
Coffee on your own terrace
When the weather is fine, enjoy your morning coffee in peace on the private terrace of your apartment.
You don't have to share a busy hotel complex or a breakfast room. Instead, you start the day at your own pace – with Mediterranean calm and personal privacy.
Why the early season on Krk is worth it
May and June are among the most beautiful months for a holiday on Krk. The island is quieter than in high season, the beaches are less crowded and the temperatures are ideal for excursions, walks and bike rides.
Soline Bay lies in the north-east of the island of Krk. The beach is about 400 metres away, roughly a five-minute walk. The beach with healing mud is about ten minutes away.
Nearby you will find shops, a bakery, restaurants, quiet walking paths and many ways to discover the island.

We live in the same house and welcome every guest personally. When you arrive, we take time for a chat, answer your questions and are happy to recommend beaches, restaurants, excursions and special places on the island of Krk.
By prior arrangement we also organise a free transfer from Rijeka Airport, about 10 kilometres away.

Apartment Carmen A1 sleeps up to two people and is particularly suitable for couples or solo travellers.
The apartment has a covered terrace and offers you a quiet and private retreat for your stay on Krk.
Apartment Carmen A2
Apartment Carmen A2 sleeps up to four people and has two rooms.
The apartment comes with a covered private parking space. A2 is particularly suitable for families or guests who want a little more space.
Both apartments are in the same house. If you are travelling with two families, you can enquire about both apartments together.
