What Data We Collect

Via the contact form: name, e-mail address, and the content of the message you send us.
Via the booking system: name, contact details, stay dates, and the information needed to process the booking.
If you voluntarily sign up for the newsletter: your name and e-mail address, via the Brevo service.

Purpose of Processing

We use the data solely to respond to enquiries, to process and confirm bookings, and — only with your explicit consent — to send occasional newsletter messages about offers and discounts.

Cookies and Visitor Statistics

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or behavioural analysis purposes, and therefore does not require cookie consent when the page is opened.

We collect visitor statistics using the Umami tool, which works entirely without cookies — no persistent identifier is stored on your device. Your IP address is used only temporarily and in anonymised (hashed) form to calculate visitor numbers, is not stored in identifiable form, and is not shared with third parties.

The only cookie that may be set is the one our booking system (HBook) uses temporarily during the booking process itself, solely to complete the process you started. Such a cookie is necessary to provide the requested service and, under applicable law (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive), does not require additional consent.

Newsletter

Signing up for the newsletter is entirely voluntary. Your name and e-mail address are processed by Brevo (Brevo SAS, France) in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each message you receive.

Your Rights

You have the right, at any time and without any disadvantage, to request access to the data stored about you, its correction, its deletion, or the withdrawal of your consent to processing. You can send such a request to info@apartman-carmen.com.

Data Retention

We store the data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by legal obligations.
