Dear guests!
You're spending your holiday in a private holiday home. We've put a lot of care into its furnishing and hope you'll have a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

The following house rules are meant to ensure a harmonious stay. By treating the apartment with care, you help us keep it a wonderful place for holidays in the future too.

General

If anything is missing from the accommodation or you need help, please don't hesitate to contact us. Everything in the apartment or on the balcony may and should be used by guests. Please take good care of the accommodation and its furnishings. We also ask you to make sure your travel companions follow the same rules.

Kitchen

Please note that dishes should only go back in the cupboards once clean – the same goes for cutlery, pots, and any dishes you've used.

Rubbish

Waste separation: we separate plastic, paper, and general waste. The bins are located opposite the entrance.

For Smokers

Smoking is generally not permitted in our apartment. However, smoking is allowed on the terrace!

For Guests with Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior notice. Under our usual terms, a maximum of two dogs are permitted per stay. A fee is charged per pet according to the booking confirmation.

Pets are not allowed on beds, bedding, or upholstered furniture. They may not be left alone in the accommodation without prior agreement. The guest is responsible for supervising their pet, avoiding noise, and promptly removing any mess from the house and grounds.

The pet fee covers the extra cleaning expected after a well-kept stay. Excessive mess, deep cleaning, or any actual damage will be charged separately based on documented costs. The guest is fully liable for their pet's behaviour and safety.

Bathroom

Please don't flush hygiene products or similar items down the toilet.

Quiet Hours

In the interest of good neighbourly relations, please keep quiet between 10pm and 7am, as well as between 1pm and 3pm.

Damage

No one breaks things on purpose, but accidents can happen to anyone. We'd appreciate it if you let us know about any damage rather than us discovering it only after your departure during the final cleaning.

Additional Notes

Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent storm damage. Please also check that the lights, TV, and air conditioning are switched off when you leave. The landlord is not liable for the tenant's valuables. The rental price includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and bin bags.
