Apartment Carmen A2
Set in the quiet Bay of Soline in the northeast of the island of Krk, our newly furnished 37 m² apartment combines modern comfort with the authentic calm of the sea. It sleeps up to four people and is intended for those who want a holiday without worrying about extra costs. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2024.
The living space
Bedroom — comfortable double bed with a quality mattress and bed linen.
Living room — a bright room with a day bed that serves as seating during the day; pulling out the lower part turns it into two beds of 90 cm each. Plus a SMART LCD television with satellite channels.
Kitchen — fully equipped: ceramic hob with two zones, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine and kettle. Crockery and cutlery are provided.
Dining area — corner bench for meals together.
Bathroom — walk-in shower, washing machine and everything you need.
Terrace and garden
The spacious, fenced terrace with a parasol and a comfortable seating area is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden — the place for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We keep firewood ready for the barbecue, and in the garden a pergola with seating invites you to linger. An outdoor shower is located beside the terrace.
Parking and electric-car charging
A covered parking space in the courtyard shelters your vehicle from storms; the video surveillance covers the parking area only and serves to protect the vehicles. For electric vehicles we offer free charging from 10 am to 5 pm at 2.3 kW, which gives around 15 kWh — enough for about 100 km and therefore for a day trip around Krk. Outside those hours charging is possible for a fee of €1 per hour; this is not the sale of electricity as at a charging station, but a service for the comfort of our guests. In this way we support the shift to cleaner transport and the protection of nature.
Comfort and safety
The air conditioning both heats and cools, at no extra cost. There is also free WiFi, a HiFi system, a safe for valuables, a hairdryer, insect screens, electric shutters and a security entrance door.
Pets
The apartment is pet-friendly. A door to the terrace gives your animal a safe spot in the fresh air, and the outdoor shower is there for cooling off and rinsing paws. A pet stay is charged separately, depending on the type of dog; we agree the price with you before your arrival — so please register your pet when you book.
Included in the price
Bed linen, towels and tea towels, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent, fresh fruit, a bottle of water and a welcome drink. We greet our guests personally and give you all the tips on the village, the beaches, the walking and cycling routes. Please note: the apartment is non-smoking; smoking is possible outside the unit. The final cleaning is charged at €30; during your stay an additional cleaning can be arranged on request and against prepayment.
