Krk is closer than many people think. From Graz you reach the island in about four hours, from Vienna in about five. Travelling from Germany in your own car is also very practical: you travel at your own pace, bring everything you need and can explore the island of Krk independently.
Apartment Carmen is located in Soline, in the quiet bay in the north-east of the island. You arrive comfortably over the Krk Bridge – no ferry crossing is needed.
Why travelling by car is worth it
With your own vehicle you stay flexible throughout your stay. You can visit different beaches, bays, viewpoints and towns on Krk without depending on timetables or a rental car.
Your own car is also especially convenient for families, couples with lots of luggage and guests travelling with a dog. You set off relaxed from home and can plan the journey around your own needs.

Parking is available for our guests on the property.
Apartment Carmen A2 has a private, free and covered parking space with video surveillance. Your vehicle is protected from direct sun, rain and other weather.
For Apartment Carmen A1 a parking space is available subject to availability. If a covered space is particularly important to you, please mention it in your enquiry.
So after you arrive you don't have to search for a parking space. Your luggage stays safe in the vehicle while you check in at leisure and start your holiday.

A quiet location and short distances
Apartment Carmen is in Soline, away from large hotel complexes and busy holiday centres. The beach is about a five-minute walk away. The bay is also known for its healing mud.
By car you can easily reach other beaches, the town of Krk, Baška, Malinska, the Biserujka Cave and many other destinations on the island.

Apartment A1 is suitable for up to two people and has a covered terrace. It is a good choice for couples who want to discover Krk flexibly and at a relaxed pace in their own car.

Apartment A2 sleeps up to four people and has two rooms. It comes with a private, covered parking space with video surveillance.
