Set in the quiet Soline Bay in the northeast of the island of Krk, our 28 m² Apartment A1 with a 10 m² covered terrace is designed for two guests looking for a quiet and comfortable holiday.

The living space
Bedroom — double bed with a quality mattress and bed linen.
Kitchen — fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine and kettle. Crockery and cutlery are provided.
Bathroom — shower, washing machine and everything you need.
Terrace
The 10 m² covered terrace with a seating area and a barbecue is sheltered from sun and rain and adjoins the Mediterranean garden. We keep firewood ready for the barbecue. An outdoor shower is located beside the terrace.
Comfort and safety
The air conditioning both heats and cools, and the apartment also has underfloor heating for cooler days. The fitting-out includes free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and a hairdryer. There are also insect screens, electric shutters and a security entrance door.
Pets
Apartment A1 is pet-friendly. The outdoor shower is there for cooling off and rinsing paws. A pet stay is charged separately, depending on the type of dog; we agree the price with you before your arrival — so please register your pet when you book. Apartment A2 has a fenced terrace with a gate, which lets dogs spend time outdoors comfortably and safely.

Location: five minutes to the beach
Apartment A1 is in Soline, away from large hotel complexes and busy holiday centres. The beach is about a five-minute walk away; the bay is also known for its healing mud. Shops, a bakery and restaurants are close by, as are quiet walking paths along the bay.

Getting here and parking
Soline is easy to reach via the Krk Bridge – no ferry crossing is needed. Rijeka Airport is also on the island, only about 10 kilometres from us. For Apartment A1 a parking space on the property is available subject to availability. If a covered parking space is particularly important to you, please mention it when you send your enquiry.
Who is Apartment A1 right for?
Apartment A1 is designed for two guests – for couples and anyone who values peace and quiet, a short walk to the sea and a terrace of their own. Thanks to underfloor heating and the covered terrace it is also pleasant outside the height of summer: in the early season in May and June as well as in September on Krk. If you are travelling as three or four, Apartment A2 for up to four people is the right choice.
Included in the price
Bed linen, towels and tea towels, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent, fresh fruit, a bottle of water and a welcome drink. We greet our guests personally and give you all the tips on the village, the beaches, the walking and cycling routes. Please note: the apartment is non-smoking; smoking is possible outside the unit. The final cleaning is charged at €30; during your stay an additional cleaning can be arranged on request and against prepayment.
