Set in the quiet Bay of Soline in the northeast of the island of Krk, our 28 m² apartment with a 10 m² covered terrace is designed for two guests looking for a quiet and comfortable holiday.
The living space
Bedroom — double bed with a quality mattress and bed linen.
Kitchen — fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine and kettle. Crockery and cutlery are provided.
Bathroom — shower, washing machine and everything you need.
Terrasse
The 10 m² covered terrace with a seating area and a barbecue is sheltered from sun and rain and adjoins the Mediterranean garden. We keep firewood ready for the barbecue. An outdoor shower is located beside the terrace.
Comfort and safety
The air conditioning both heats and cools, and the apartment also has underfloor heating for cooler days. The fitting-out includes free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and a hairdryer. There are also insect screens, electric shutters and a security entrance door.
Pets
The apartment is pet-friendly. The outdoor shower is there for cooling off and rinsing paws. A pet stay is charged separately, depending on the type of dog; we agree the price with you before your arrival — so please register your pet when you book.
Included in the price
Bed linen, towels and tea towels, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent, fresh fruit, a bottle of water and a welcome drink. We greet our guests personally and give you all the tips on the village, the beaches, the walking and cycling routes. Please note: the apartment is non-smoking; smoking is possible outside the unit. The final cleaning is charged at €30; during your stay an additional cleaning can be arranged on request and against prepayment.
